Chadwick & Hanover is a full-stack payments platform that makes it easy to accept payments in your app or website. Our service replaces the traditional model of sourcing a payment gateway and merchant account from different providers.

We mainly operate in Colombia, Estonia, the Eastern Seaboard of the USA and Spain. However, we are open to discuss each specific case individually and provide the best solution possible.
ACH, SEPA, FPS in USD or EUR or you can receive cryptocurrency to your digital wallet. Merchants can use Chadwick & Hanover to accept Credit Cards — VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
It usually takes up to 48 hours for merchants after filling out our Sign Up form. However, in some cases, we may need to gather additional information about the potential partner — in this case, the merchant will be notified about the possible delay.
Most transactions settle within 48 hours.
We believe that our client has the total right to own his/her personal data and we are ready to share it with no hesitation.
Chadwick & Hanover ensures every step of each operation is protected within our sophisticated system and there are no extra costs.
We have 24/7 support and our support replies within a maximum 8 hours.
Pricing
Our standard transaction fee is taken directly from funds en route to our client. Our pricing is completely transparent: A client is charged with a standard of 2.5% per transaction + swipe fees (USD 0.2). There are no other fixed charges or monthly maintenance fees outside the transaction fee.
Volume pricing can be discussed individually in case of the large-scale merchant, processing a minimum 150,000 USD/129,000 EUR per month.
PCI Compliance
Any merchant accepting credit card payments needs to comply with the latest PCI DSS rules. Otherwise, the card associations can suspend your ability to accept credit card payments if they find that you aren’t compliant.
A new client will be asked to fill in our simple compliance form and wait for the approval.
Any merchant account is provided with PCI compliance form with no additional charges.
Fraud Protection
Chadwick & Hanover integrates the tool for merchants to help them automatically detect fraudulent transactions and mitigate risk. Fraud Protection gives merchants more control and insight into the decision process of their credit and debit card transactions. It does not cover alternative payment methods (APMs).
As mentioned above, Chadwick & Hanover does not charge its clients out of the fixed transaction fees, (or volume transaction cost, if agreed).
Chadwick & Hanover does not demand additional integration for new merchants unless they require to pass device data. We always recommend continuing to collect device data from your client app.
Go to the “Fraud Management” tab in your Chadwick & Hanover account control panel, enable Fraud Protection access and click the “Go to Fraud Protection Dashboard” link to access your performance dashboard and user interface where you can customize settings and filters that work the best for your business.
Please, be aware that some transactions might be declined due to suspicious nature detected by our fraud protection system.
Invoice Factoring
Chadwick & Hanover Invoice Factoring standard rate is 10% of the entire balance, depending on the complexity of business. Exceptional cases may be eligible for as low as 8%.
It is possible to receive 75-85% of the cash instantly, depending on the client’s profile: In this case, the merchant receives the rest of the money once the invoice is paid, subtracting our fees.
Chadwick & Hanover offers funding between $25,000 and $5,000,000 based on your business review, personal FICO score and other factors.
Although each client is valuable for us and we take care of each so they are motivated not to stop using our services, there are no termination fees imposed unless a merchant has an outstanding balance.
If our client does not have invoicing software, he can directly provide the details to us or easily upload the details of his issued invoices in his Chadwick & Hanover dashboard.
We only accept Invoices of the completed service/product, that has been delivered and accepted by your customer.
The invoice should be delivered by the operating business, not by a consumer.
A merchant will be asked to provide:
Business organization document,
Recent tax return,
Bank statements,
Voided business check.
You can request advances for as many invoices as you like and as often as you like, within your available credit line. For example, if your credit line is $50,000, you can get funded on invoices worth a combined total of $50,000 at any given time.
Once approved and confirmed, you will receive the initial 85 percent within 24 hours, by ACH electronic transfers or bank wire transfers. ACH transfers are free and the funds usually appear the next business day (but may take up to three). A bank wire costs $15 per wire and funds are typically available in your bank account the same day.
We consider our potential client’s credit history, focusing on the quality of his customers, not only his personal credit history.
